Detailed Product DescriptionThe AW-0100 IDUT is a broadband MMDS
transmitter with a channel capacity up to
31 television channels or 150 digital chan- nels (64QAM modulation). The transmit- ter incorporates traditional Cable AML reliability and advanced design features. The AW-0100 IDUT is designed to provide cost-effective coverage over a wide area. With an omnidirectional transmit antenna it can cover an area of approximately 15
Kilometer radius when fully loaded with
31 channels, or, a 22 Km radius when loaded with 15 channels. A larger area can be covered if the desired coverage is less than 360 degrees in azimuth.
The input is a broadband signal in the
222-420 MHz range. The output is in the
2.5-2.7 GHz range. As in all broadband transmitters, the output power depends on the number of channels. For example, with a 12 channel load the transmitter
